Join EBPC on our annual medical mission trip to rural Guatemala next March. We will work the mobile clinic, and a daily hygiene-education class. Trip begins on 3/7. You will travel different indigenous Ketchi/Mayan villages and also have opportunity for some tourist time. There will be a visit to Tikal, a Mayan temple complex. We will return to the states Saturday 3/14. In addition to medically trained people we also need non-medical folks who want to learn how to: apply fluoride, use eye charts, dispense meds, take blood pressure, translate, interact with children, teach a class in hygiene. We also need: RN’s, dental hygienists, physical therapists, pharmacists, pharmacist assistants, optometrists, MD’s, ODs, NPs, and Dentists.
Teens are welcome if accompanied by a parent.
Information meeting August 15 at EBPC.
