Safe Haven Family Shelter, one of the local organizations EBPC helps support, will hold its 11th “Hike for the Homeless” on Saturday, November 7, at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville. There are two hiking trails of 2.2 and 3.1 miles each. Registration starts at 9 am, followed by the hike at 10 am. Families are encouraged to participate. There will be face painting and inflatables there too! For a $25 donation, each person will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Teams are also invited to join in the fund-raising effort.
